What motivates startuppers at work? BuyCo managed to figure this out and was awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork-StartUp and the HappyIndex®AtWork-Agile labels when its employees answered the internal survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany.com in partnership with Les Echos. The results will be published on June 20!
These awards are a real sign of recognition. This anonymous survey rated BuyCo 4.73/5 (Startup label) and 4.71/5 (Agile label), which wouldn’t have been possible if so many of its workers hadn’t participated.
In April 2019, 100% of our employees gave feedback about their experience on the following topics: professional development, stimulating environment, management, wages and recognition, pride and pleasure, vision, team and frame of mind.
We can therefore see that our workers have given our startup the thumbs up and acknowledged all of our efforts, our never-ending search for innovation and the daring and quick thinking which keeps us heading in the right direction!
